The Sforni Farm Granaries, once used to store and dry wheat, are part of an age-old architectural complex consisting of the tower, the oil mill, cellars, and a villa with its Italian garden.

The red-brick and skilfully restored granaries preserve their original characteristics: large areas with high ceilings, old wooden beams, floors made of authentic terracotta tiles and large windows with breath taking views.

The entrance to a bright, seventy-square meter room is through a stone stairway. The large area includes a living room with a stone fire-place, a dining room and a kitchen with counters made of white marble from Carrara. The large windows look out onto the garden and the nearby hills.

The original grape drying room and the grain storage area have been transformed into bedrooms, both preserving their original architecture and traces of their old purpose.

The master bedroom and bathroom – This room is sixteen meters long and there are six windows from which one can watch the sun rise and set.

The double room – Once a granary, the ceiling is six meters in its highest point. An aperture in the floor bears witness to an old passageway used to transfer the stored wheat to the ground floor by means of a slide. The windows look onto the enchanting farmed hills, which extend as far as the eye can see.

The Italian small garden is quaint and shady, with a well and an old-fashion wash-tub. This is the perfect place to spend hours reading or just relaxing.
